David Perecman
FounderFrom the beginning of his legal career, Mr. Perecman has proven himself to be a skilled and tenacious New York City personal injury lawyer and trial lawyer. He founded what eventually became The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C., in 1983 after winning a landmark $600,000 verdict against the now-defunct department store Gimbels for falsely detaining an elderly woman when an anti-theft device set off the alarm.
